Rene Marie Russo, an American film director and actress who was once a supermodel is also a director of films. Alongside her stunning elegance, her continued successes in the competitive film industry proves her skills as a performer. She started her career as a model during the 1970s and soon became one of the top figures in modeling. In the following decade, she began studying the arts and performed before appearing on stage in Los Angeles and elsewhere in California. Russo first made her television debut on ABCs Sable in the role of Eden Kendell, in 1987. The following year, she played Tom Berengers love interest in her first movie Major League. She was initially doubtful about her acting abilities but the critics became confident after her steady work. The performance she gave in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak was particularly appreciated by the critics as she stood up to Dustin Hoffman or Morgan Freeman. The actress has acknowledged that acting hasn't been her thing. She took a long self-imposed break. The reason she returned was her role in Thor. She also starred in Nightcrawler the husband's Oscar Award winning film. Then she went on to star in light-hearted comedies like The Intern and Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas has been one of UFC's most prominent female athletes. She began her professional career by being an amateur, participating in various regional promotion prior to signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. And later she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Because of her success both inside and beyond the Octagon, Namajunas has become an everyday word ever since her joining the UFC. Namajunas was born June 29, 1992 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a Lithuanian immigrants family. While growing up, Rose was involved in sports such as basketball and kickboxing. Invicta Fighting Championships was her first fight in professional. When she was 18, she had already won two bouts via submission. Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, aged 22, she signed her up to compete as a strawweight with UFC. The career of Rose has been full of extremes, as well as lows, yet she is always able to come out of it in the top position. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 to win the Women's Strawweight Champion. Rose won the bout through a technical knockout, which occurred within three minutes after the start of the round. It was the first women to compete to win a title in any major organization worldwide. Namajunas continued to have many other victories, including 2 victories against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
